本政策说明 Album Cam 如何处理信息。Album Cam 是用于拍照、制作唱片封套和盘片、收藏生活记录及分享海报的 iPhone 应用，无需注册账户。
您拍摄或通过系统照片选择器主动导入的照片，在设备上处理。App 会在本地保存唱片所需的照片资源（可能包含原始照片及其已有元数据）、封面、盘片图片、文字、歌词、创建时间及编辑参数。
我们不运营接收这些内容的服务器，App 不会将这些内容上传给开发者。App 不申请定位权限，也不会主动获取设备位置。导入照片本身可能含有原有的拍摄信息。
App 使用本地设置保存语言、相机主题和导出偏好等。当前版本没有开发者提供的云同步功能；根据您的设备设置，App 数据可能包含在 Apple 的设备备份中，导出到系统相册的图片也可能通过 iCloud 照片同步。这些系统服务由 Apple 管理，开发者无法访问您的备份或 iCloud 照片。
您可以在 iOS 设置中管理权限。拒绝权限可能使对应功能不可用，但不会授权开发者访问您的照片。
订阅、永久解锁及单独内容包购买由 Apple App Store 处理。App 通过 StoreKit 获取商品、所在商店及交易权益信息，用于显示本地价格、解锁内容和恢复购买；这些信息不会由 App 上传到开发者服务器。
开发者不接收您的银行卡号或完整付款资料。Apple 按其隐私政策处理交易，并可能向开发者提供标准销售及财务报表。您可通过 Apple 账户管理订阅。
App 不包含广告、广告追踪或第三方行为统计 SDK，不将照片或编辑内容用于广告或模型训练。
只有在您主动使用系统分享功能时，所选作品才会交给您选择的应用或服务。接收方按自己的隐私政策处理内容。Apple 自身的诊断与服务数据处理受您的系统设置及 Apple 政策约束。
唱片保存在 App 的本地存储中。当前版本的“清除缓存”不删除唱片。您可以通过 iOS 的“删除 App”（而非“卸载 App/Offload App”）移除该安装的本地 App 数据；请先自行保存需要保留的作品。
导出到系统相册的图片、发送到其他服务的副本和设备备份不会随 App 删除而自动清除，需在对应服务中单独管理。由于开发者没有您的本地唱片副本，无法远程读取、恢复或代为删除这些内容。
如果您主动通过电子邮件联系我们，我们会收到您的邮箱地址和您选择发送的内容，仅用于回应请求、排查问题及必要的后续沟通，并按处理这些事项所需的时间保留，法律要求另行保留的除外。请勿发送不必要的个人照片或敏感信息。您可以通过本页联系邮箱提出隐私问题或请求删除支持往来信息；适用法律要求保留的信息除外。
本政策网页使用 GitHub Pages 托管。访问网页时，GitHub 会为安全目的记录访问者 IP 地址；该网页未添加由我们设置的广告或访问统计工具。详情见 GitHub 隐私声明。Apple 服务的隐私说明见 Apple 隐私政策。
如信息处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策及更新日期；必要时会在 App 内提供通知或取得相应许可。
This policy explains how Album Cam handles information. Album Cam is an iPhone app for taking photos, designing record sleeves and discs, keeping personal records, and sharing posters. No account registration is required.
Photos you capture or select through Apple’s system photo picker are processed on your device. The app stores photo resources needed for your records locally, which may include original photos and their existing metadata, along with covers, disc images, text, lyrics, creation dates, and editing settings.
We do not operate a server that receives this content, and the app does not upload it to the developer. The app does not request location permission or actively obtain your device location. Imported photos may already contain capture metadata.
Language, camera themes, and export preferences are stored locally. The current version has no developer-operated cloud sync. Depending on your device settings, app data may be included in Apple’s device backups, and exported photos may sync through iCloud Photos. Apple manages these services; the developer cannot access your backups or iCloud Photos.
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Denying a permission may prevent its related feature from working.
Apple’s App Store handles subscriptions, lifetime access, and individual content-pack purchases. The app uses StoreKit product, storefront, and transaction-entitlement information to display local prices, unlock content, and restore purchases. The app does not upload this information to a developer server.
The developer does not receive your card number or full payment details. Apple processes transactions under its privacy policy and may provide standard sales and financial reports to the developer. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
The app has no advertising, advertising tracking, or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs. We do not use your photos or editing content for advertising or model training.
When you initiate sharing, your selected work is passed to the app or service you choose, which handles it under its own privacy policy. Apple’s own diagnostics and service data practices are governed by your system settings and Apple’s policies.
Records remain in the app’s local storage. Clear Cache does not delete records. Using Delete App in iOS, rather than Offload App, removes that installation’s local app data. Save any work you wish to keep first.
Copies exported to Photos, shared to other services, or included in device backups are not automatically removed when you delete the app; manage those separately. The developer holds no copy of your local records and cannot remotely access, recover, or delete them.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send. We use it only to respond, troubleshoot, and provide necessary follow-up, retaining it for as long as needed for those purposes unless law requires otherwise. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal photos or sensitive information. Use the contact email above for privacy questions or requests to delete support correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements.
GitHub Pages hosts this policy. GitHub logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. We have not added advertising or visitor analytics tools to this page. See the GitHub Privacy Statement and Apple Privacy Policy for those providers’ practices.
We will update this policy and its date when our practices change, and provide in-app notices or obtain permission when needed.
